It’s like a quiche, without the crust.

Eggs, milk and a dash of nutmeg are blended together and poured over chunks of our Ezekiel bread, zucchini, broccoli, red onion and portobello mushrooms. We then add in Gouda, Gruyere, Parmesan and Cheddar cheeses just for good measure.. A high protein breakfast that's sure to fill you up.
